ALEX GANOE

Alex was born and raised in Montville CT and graduated from Montville High School in 2016. During his high school years his top priorities were soccer and baseball. On other days he could be found hanging with friends or outside on his skateboard. Alex did not grow up in a Christian household so he was not brought to church. When his uncle James began his battle with lung cancer Alex found The Lord, however, he still didn’t walk fully with God. After his uncle had passed, depression and isolation drew Alex to finding alcohol and drugs to fill the hole inside. Alex believed joining the military would help so he joined in 2021. Little did he know his depression would worsen. He would later receive an honorable discharge just after meeting the now wife Gracie in 2022. In August 2021 Alex moved to South Carolina and that’s when the Lord intervened in both of their lives to be changed for His good. Alex and Gracie got married in February 2024 and have been pursuing the Lord strongly and intimately together to bear fruit for God’s Kingdom. Alex is now free from depression, alcohol, and drugs thanks to God. He now has a burning passion seeing God move in other’s lives and leading them to a life of redemption. 

 

Alex can now be found hanging with Gracie and their pets, Layla who is a dog and cat named biscuits. They are always on a hunt for an adventure to seeks God’s beautiful creations around the globe and grow with God daily!
